When you use the early access or capacity forms we collect the data you provide (name, email, organisation, and the details of your request) to reply to you and, if applicable, to arrange a pilot or an onboarding conversation. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering the request you made.

We do not use this data for newsletters or marketing campaigns, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the conversation you started is open and, at most, for two years from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship requires a longer period or the law requires otherwise.

Recipients and processors

Form submissions are sent by email to the halgrid team and stored on hosting infrastructure located in the European Union. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability, by writing to us through the forms on this site or at the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission of the forms and restricted access to the mailboxes that receive them.
